| Same line of OSVs seen from the rear, the use of the M113A3 as the base platform can clearly be seen. While it was important that the OSVs resemble potential threat armor, it was not necessary to make exact replicas. Rather, the " look " needed to be sufficiently different from existing US armor to key the training units that they were in contact with the enemy. --Doug Kibbey | |
