2nd Battalion 28th Field Artillery at Daley Barracks

Here is a great selection of images that capture a few weeks from late 1962 as the 2nd Battalion, 28th Field Artillery stationed at Daley Barracks, conducts a road march and firing exercise at Wildflecken Training Area. The battalion was assigned to the 210th Artillery Group, part of VII Corps and had replaced the 534th AFA at Daley in 1959 to 1960 timeframe. The unit moved from Kissingen to Ansbach shortly after these photos were taken.
