SFC Cablay took the guidon from the bearer, passes it to the outgoing commander who passed it to the squadron CO who then passed it to the new troop CO. The guidon then went back to the first sergeant and to the bearer. A time honored tradition. I actually have one of the guidon lags from the troop.
